A practical approach: use type two as your main venue, type three as backup, and reserve type one for a short portion — the ceremony, photos, welcoming guests. Don't plan a full three-hour event entirely in a fully open space.
The northeast wind: what few ask before locking in a date

The same wind: for a kitesurfer, stronger is better; for a beachside event, constant wind affects decor, sound, candles, hair and the bride's dress, table linens, and printed menus. This doesn't mean avoiding this season entirely — it means if you choose it, pick a venue with side coverage and drop decorative elements that only look good in still air.
