Stay Happy, Comeback & Invite Friends

1. Comeback — for returning guests

Completed a monthly lease with MH Travel before and signing a new monthly lease at NovaWorld Phan Thiet again? You get 3% off the rent for every month of the new contract. MH Travel checks against the name on your previous lease; the reward can't be given or transferred to someone else, and simply extending a lease you're already on doesn't count as a comeback.

2. Invite Friends — for guests referring others

The first friend you successfully refer earns a 3% voucher. From the second friend onward, each new friend adds another 5%. Vouchers still valid can be stacked, used yourself, or given to someone else. If the friend you referred is still staying at an MH Travel villa, the discount applies right away to their next month's rent.

Table assumes every voucher is still valid, unused, and belongs to the guest using it. Referral count is tracked by history and never resets when a voucher is used or given away.

How it works

1. You're renting monthly at NovaWorld Phan Thiet through MH Travel — either coming back for a new lease, or currently staying and want to refer a friend.
2. For Comeback: just tell us at signing — we check your previous lease and apply 3% automatically. For Invite Friends: send us your friend's name and phone number via Zalo or hotline before their booking is confirmed.
3. Once your friend completes and pays for their first month, MH Travel issues your voucher. We'll send you the code to use yourself or give to someone else.
4. Present the code when signing a new lease, or before paying for an upcoming month on your current one — MH Travel confirms it in writing before applying the discount.
