August is the tail end of summer — kids still have a few weeks before the school year starts, and Phan Thiet's beaches are still at their best. MH Travel has set up a promotion for exactly this window: up to 5% off room rates on 17 units, through August 30, 2026.

Specific discounts on a few units

Let's be straightforward about the math: 5% off one night on a four-bedroom unit comes out to around 100,000 VND. Doesn't sound like much. But over four nights, that saving is close to the cost of a seafood dinner for the whole family — and for a group of eight, that's real money.

The bigger savings actually come from renting a whole unit in the first place: a four-bedroom unit fits eight guests, which works out to just over 300,000 VND per person per night for a place with a BBQ garden and a working kitchen.

How to book for the best rate

Go on weekdays if your schedule allows. The gap between weekday and weekend rates is far bigger than the 5% discount — a four-bedroom unit runs about 1.5 million VND more per night on weekends. Anyone who can set their own schedule saves much more by shifting to Monday through Thursday.

Stay longer instead of splitting into two trips. Four consecutive nights usually makes more sense than two separate two-night trips, both for travel cost and for how relaxing the stay actually feels — the first two days are usually just spent settling in.

Book early for weekends. August weekends fill up fastest of any time of year. The promotion runs through August 30, but the nicest units tend to book out before the promotion ends.

A few things worth stating clearly

The 5% discount is the maximum rate and applies to the weekday room rate for units in the promotion; some units price by the day, so please call to get the exact figure for your specific dates.

The promotion ends August 30, 2026, based on the stay dates, not the booking date.

One unit is outside the promotion out of the 18 total units currently taking guests. We're noting this clearly instead of writing "the entire portfolio," because you deserve the real number.

What's around here

These units sit inside NovaWorld Phan Thiet, in the Tien Thanh area, about a 5-minute walk to the beach. The resort complex has a swimming pool, a clubhouse, and the Bikini Beach entertainment zone; nearby are the familiar Phan Thiet – Mui Ne attractions if you want to venture a bit further.

Whole-unit villas suit groups of six or more and multi-generational families — there's a kitchen for making breakfast, a living room for gathering in the evenings, and a spacious garden for kids to play freely.
