The first Russian guest to sign a monthly lease with MH Travel
On the morning of 1 October, MH Travel signed its first monthly lease of the 2026 winter season: a Russian family renting the 2-Bedroom Townhouse Facing the Pool (code 1.7-07.46) for six months. MH Travel staff brought the contract to the villa itself and signed on the spot, with no middleman.
A monthly guest is very different from a nightly one: no changing rooms, no changing guests mid-stay, one villa for the whole winter. For each lease MH Travel goes through four steps: viewing the villa, paying a holding deposit, signing the contract together with the temporary-residence declaration, and handing over the keys.
The deposit depends on the length of the lease: for two months or more it equals one month's rent for that villa; for a single month it is lighter, 3–10 million VND depending on the villa's value.

The winter season — when foreign guests look for long stays around Mui Ne, usually running from November to March — has only just begun. MH Travel expects to sign more monthly leases this season.
